| 2012 Deens Fried Chicken Retail Mark Design were responsible for the entire brand development and fit-out of the first Deens store in Longsight, Manchester. This included brand name development, interior design, project management and fitout. Deens has opened to rave reviews and is already making waves in the fast food sector. | 2011 Chicken Cottage One of the largest fast food chains in the country, Chicken Cottage commissioned us to update an existing outlet in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Under tight time and budget constraints, we developed a new concept store which is now recognised as the 'flagship' store design for future outlets.
