Stirling is an iconic city in Scotland. The new casual eatery is situated a few minutes walk from Stirling Castle.
The size of the unit offered its own challenges. Using our experience in space planning, we were successful in proposing a floor plan that was approved by the local planning office without compromising store operations or customer seating.
The result is a stunning interior design; offering a cosy, ambiant dining space away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre right outside.
